I declare that I have fully understood and am aware of the general regulations and additional rules of this sports event. I declare that I have read and understood the regulations in the Particular Regulation 4V Raid Adventure Romania. I declare that under no circumstances will I claim any compensation from the Organizers that may result from physical, material, or moral damages that may occur due to my participation in this event. I fully understand that during this event I may encounter dangerous situations and I declare that I accept the consequences resulting from this participation. I declare that throughout the competition I will comply with the safety regulations and will use the necessary and mandatory safety equipment: protective helmet, protective footwear, protective suit, protective gloves. I declare that I have read, agree to, and have signed the "Declaration on Own Responsibility".

Declar că am înteles pe deplin si cunosc reglementările generale si regulamentele suplimentare ale acestui eveniment sportiv. Declar ca am citit si am inteles reglementarile din Regulamentul Particular 4V Raid Adventure Romania. Declar că, în nici un caz, nu voi pretinde de la Organizatori orice compensatie care ar putea rezulta ca urmare a unor daune fizice, materiale, daune morale, care pot să apară prin participarea mea la acest eveniment. Înteleg pe deplin că pe parcursul acestui eveniment ma voi putea confrunta cu situatii cu pericol si declar că accept consecintele rezultate din aceasta participare. Declar că pe toata perioada competitiei voi respecta regulamentele de siguranta si voi utiliza echipamentele de siguranta necesare si obligatorii: cască protectie, incaltaminte protectie, costum protectie, manusi protectie. Declar ca am citit, sunt de acord si am semnat ”Declaratie pe propria raspundere”.
