I declare that I fully understand and know General Regulations and Supplementary Regulations of this event. I declare that I read and I understand the Particular Rules 4V Rally Raid. I declare that in no case I will claim from event Organizers or FRAS (Romanian Motorsport Federation) any compensation that may result as physical, material or moral damage that may occur by my participation to this event. I fully understand that in this event I may face situations with danger and I declare that I accept the consequences. I declare that I will be using, for the entire period of the event, all necessary safety equipment (helmet, harness and fire proof clothing. I also declare that I am responsible for GPS - Tracker kit that Organization will install to my vehicle and I will compensate it in case of loss or damage by my fault. I declare that all above written are true.

Declar că am înteles pe deplin si cunosc reglementările generale si regulamentele suplimentare ale acestui eveniment sportiv. Declar ca am citit si am inteles reglementarile din Regulamentul Particular 4V Rally Raid. Declar că, în nici un caz, nu voi pretinde de la Organizatori sau FRAS (Federatia Romana de Automobilism Sportiv) orice compensatie care ar putea rezulta ca urmare a unor daune fizice, materiale, daune morale, care pot să apară prin participarea mea la acest eveniment sportiv. Înteleg pe deplin că pe parcursul acestui eveniment ma voi putea confrunta cu situatii cu pericol si declar că accept consecintele rezultate din aceasta participare. Declar că pe toata perioada competitiei voi respecta regulamentele de siguranta si voi utiliza echipamentele de siguranta necesare si obligatorii (cască, centuri de siguranta, combinezon si incaltaminte rezistente la foc), de asemenea declar că sunt responsabil pentru Baliza GPS instalata in masina de competitie sau masinile de asistenta si voi compensa organizatorul în cazul de pierdere sau deteriorare din vina mea a acesteia. Declar că toate datele inscrise si prezentate in prezentul formular sunt adevărate.
