HARD ENDURO
4V EnduRo – a competition for the toughest bikers!
4V EnduRo event details:
- 1 February 2023: opening of the Registrations;
- 15 August 2023: closing of the Registrations;
- 4 September 2023: administrativ and technical checks;
- 4 September 2023: prologue with artificial obstacles;
- 5 September 2023: Stage 1 than connection to remote bivouac no. 2;
- 6 September 2023: Stage 2;
- 7 September 2023: Stage 3;
- 8 September 2023: Stage 4;
- 9 September 2023: final stage, Ceremony, live concert;
IN TOTAL THERE WILL BE 3 BIVOUACS, ONE MAIN AND 2 REMOTE:
- The main bivouac will be in the city of Cluj, where the registrations and technical checks will take place. Also, on September 3, the festive start will take place in the main square during an artistic show;
- Bivouac 2 will be located in the Avrig area, a historical settlement;
- Bivouac 3 will be located in Sebes area.
The area where the competition will take place is:
Avrig – Sibiu – Sebes
THERE WILL BE 2 TYPES OF ASSISTANCE:
A. Assistance provided by the organizer:
- transportation of personal belongings, cases with tools and spare parts from bivouac to bivouac;
- tow of the vehicle from the incident point to the nearest public road;
- transport of vehicle from the public road to the bivouac with local Tow Truck partners – additional cost;
- mechanical team on request – additional cost.
B. Personal assistance:
- any participant can bring his own assistance team according to the registration form.
As we all know, Rally Raid is a sport that involves certain risks, a dangerous sport. For this reason, our highest priority is the safety of the participants, the spectators and anyone else involved in the event.
The experience gained from the organization of the previous 9 editions helped us to limit the risks to ensure you a safe competitive environment.
But of course, it is very important that you also respect the safety rules, drive preventively and anticipate any potential danger.
During the entire duration of the competition we will have:
- 4 Ambulances type B1/B2 ;
- Medical tent in bivouac;
- Helicopter for emergency situation provided by Romanian Mobile Emergency Service for Resuscitation and Extrication;
- Private helicopter for surveillance;
- 3 4×4 Ambulances;
- Paramedics;
- 10 Rescue Teams;
- Satellite tracking beacon with panic button.
The main organizer of the event is:
- 4V Motorsport Sports Club Association.
The event is carried out under the aegis of:
- Romanian Sports Motoring Federation – FRAS;
- Romanian Motorcycling Federation – FRM.

FEE INCLUDES:
- Administrative and technical check;
- Bivouac with facilities;
- Medical assistance;
- Recovery of damaged vehicle from the route until public roads;
- Transportation of personal belongings to the next bivouac;
- Third party insurance;
- Fuel.
FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Travel costs to arrive and leave from the event;
- Tracking system;
- Individual life insurance;
- Food and drinks;
- Accommodation.
SERVICES WITH ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- During the event, inside of the bivouac, a team of chefs will be provided to cook traditional Romanian dishes;
- Beer, coffee and drinks suppliers will be in the bivouac;
- Concierge services regarding accommodation in hotels, special program for families, tourist consultancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 50 € is not refundable;
- The rest of fee is refundable until 01.08.2023;
- Registration is considered valid only after payment of a minimum amount of 50 €;
- Payments can be done online or by bank transfer.

What to expect?
– 4V EnduRo is part of the great European Motorsport Festival event and is addressed to hard enduro enthusiasts. The Rally Raid branch has had a big growth in the last 2 years among motorcyclists. For this reason, we considered it a good opportunity to address, starting this year, also to the Hard Enduro branch. 4V EnduRo is organized under the aegis of Romanian Motorcycling Federation and is the perfect opportunity to discover most amazing places in Romania, to train your capabilities to navigate, test your motorcycles, to socialise and have fun!
Who can participate?
– 4V EnduRo is dedicated to enduro motorcycles. Participants can be licensed professional riders, unlicensed amateurs or any other rider who love adventure, free spirit and joy!
Tough!
The Hard Enduro, as the name suggests, is hard. It’s one of the toughest endurance sports in the world, pitting man and machine against some of the world’s toughest terrain in a range of different events, from multi-day rallies to intense sprint races.
